1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. The present appeal has been filed by the Informant against judgment of acquittal dated 07.07.2004 of the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Kendrapara in 1.C.C. No.111 of 2000 which corresponds to T.R. No.303 of 2002.
3. On perusal of the impugned judgment, it appears that the accused-opposite parties have been acquitted of the charges under Sections 324, 294, 341, 379, 506 & 34 of IPC.
4. Heard.
5. On perusal of the record, it appears that there exists a delay of 18 days in presenting the present application.
6. Taking into consideration the fact that the present leave petition is pending for more than two decades, this Court is not inclined to condone the delay. Consequentially, the CRLLP application as well as the M.C. stands dismissed.
