01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. On perusal of the record, it appears that the present appeal has been filed at the instance of convict Susil Mahanandia, who happens to be the Appellant in CRLA No.367 of 2024. Both the appeals have been filed against the self-same judgment of conviction. So far as, CRLA No.367 of 2024 is concerned, the same has been filed by the present Appellant against judgment dated 16.02.2024 passed in Special Case No.19 of 2020 (POCSO) by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Spl. Judge, Boudh. The said appeal is pending for admission and was filed on 19.04.2024. The present appeal has been filed by a different lawyer and was presented before this Court on 07.02.2025. Therefore, CRLA No.367 of 2024 was earlier in point of time.

3. Accordingly, the present CRLA No.236 of 2025 stands disposed of as not maintainable.
