2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Standing Counsel for the State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted and filed

a written memo for striking out the name of opposite party

No.4 from the cause title of the writ petition, as no relief has

been claimed against opposite party No.4, rather, the

petitioner has sought relief in the writ in support of the

opposite party No.4.

Hence, the Opp. Party No.4 is struck off from the writ

petition. Necessary endorsement is made in the Court against

the name of Opp. Party No.4 as struck off in the presence of

learned counsels of both the sides.

4. After striking out the name of opposite party No.4, the

writ petition is heard from the learned counsels of both the

sides.

5. Judgment is reserved.
