1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Vide order dated 22nd July, 2025, this Court had adjourned the matter on the prayer of Mr. Manmaya Kumar Dash, learned Additional Standing Counsel to examine the judgment dated 24th September, 2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 22392 of 2023 and to take instruction in the matter.

3. It is submitted by Mr. Bansidhar Baug, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners that the order under Annexure-2 which is impugned herein was also impugned in W.P.(C) No. 22392 of 2023 by a party who was also impleaded as Opposite Party No.1 in Revision Petition Case No. 07 of 2017 pending before the Member, Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack under Section 38-B of the Orissa Estates Abolition Act, 1951.

4. Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for further adjournment to take instruction in the matter. Thus, it appears that neither learned State Counsel has examined the order passed in W.P.(C) No. 22392 of 2023 nor has taken instruction in the matter.
