the I.I.C., Tikabali Police Station has placed a report dated 11.07.2025 before this Court. As per the said report, the appellant-Padma Charan Bhoi is alive and he is staying in his native village. The said report is taken on record.

2. Heard Mr. Laxman Pradhan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mrs. Sarita Maharana, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
