21. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Though the matter is listed under the heading "For Hearing", Mrs. Padhi, learned Counsel for the State- Appellant submits, as per the instruction received vide Letter No.1989 dated 30.11.2024 from the Special L.A. and R.R.O., Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar (Nuapada), the enhanced compensation in terms of the impugned Judgments in LAR No.246 of 2017 and LAR No.249 of 2017, passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nuapada has been sanctioned and payment has been made in favour of the Decree Holders.

3. Mrs. Padhi files photocopy of the said letter in the Court, which be kept on record.

4. Accordingly, the appeal stands disposed of as infructuous.
