07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This interlocutory application has been filed seeking modification of judgment dated 14.07.2025 passed by this Court in the aforesaid CRLMC application to the extent that the name of the Advocate i.e., Anup Kumar Pattnaik be reflected in the cause title of the judgment as representing the Petitioners along with Senior Advocate Ms. Pami Rath.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners, the prayer is allowed.

4. Necessary correction be carried out in the cause title of the judgment dated 14.07.2025.

5. The judgment which was uploaded in the website of

Orissa High Court earlier be deleted and corrected judgment be uploaded forthwith.
