07. 1. Heard Mr. Devray, learned counsel for the petitioner in part. In course of hearing, Mr. Devray, learned counsel for the petitioner refers to the written note of submission filed today and a decision of a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRP No.15 of 2022 to contend that learned court below erred in allowing the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC by opposite party No.1 and passing the impugned order dated 20th September, 2024 at Annexure-6. A copy of the judgment in CRP No.15 of 2022 is also produced along with the written note which are accepted and taken on record.

2. List the matter on 13th August, 2025 for further hearing and orders.
