1. The appellant-wife has filed the appeal after brooking a reported delay of 659 days challenging the judgment dated 15.07.2023 filed by the appellant under section 13(1) (i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the appellant that though the decree of dissolution of marriage dated 07.07.2019 between the appellant and the respondent-husband was granted, the Court has granted alimony of Rs.5,00,000/- and challenging the said quantum appeal has been filed.
Issue notice along with this order to the respondent on the application for condonation of delay and the appeal by Registered/Speed Post with A.D. making returnable within three
weeks, requisites for which shall be filed within five working days.
List after return of service.
