1. The name of Mr. Mihir Kanta Rath and associates be deleted from the case brief as well as the cause list as appellant has obtained a change and Ms. Sujata Jena and associates have appeared having received consent from the learned counsel, who was appearing earlier.
2. The appellant-husband challenges the judgment dated 13.05.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur refusing to grant decree of dissolution of marriage pursuant to the C.P. No.288 of 2019 filed by the husband under Section 13(1) (i-
a) of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.
The appeal has been filed after brooking a reported delay of 46 days.
Issue notice along with this order to the respondent on the application for condonation of delay and the appeal by Registered/Speed Post with A.D. making returnable within three weeks, requisites for which shall be filed within five working days.
