2. Learned AGA submits that necessary instructions have been sought for by the Collector from the Government as it involves disbursal of salary to the petitioner pending for more than 3 years. The matter is pending with the Government. Therefore, he requests two weeks' time for complying with the order. Since the judgment of this Court was passed almost a year ago, this Court expects that

1|Page the order shall be complied with without any further delay by the next date.

3. List this matter on 22.08.2025.
