1. Perused the order dated 12.08.2022 passed by this Court in

CRLMC No. 971 of 2015 and the order dated 07.08.2024 passed by

the learned J.M.F.C., G. Udayagiri, District-Kandhamal in G.R. No.

11 of 2014.

2. List this matter on 02.05.2025 along with the records of

CRLMC No. 971 of 2015.

3. Mr. S.J. Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel

submits that he has obtained instructions pursuant to order dated

09.04.2025 of this Court and submits that pursuant to judgment of

this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3316 of 2014, the Superintendent of

Police, Kandhamal has been requested to conduct re-inquiry and

submit the inquiry report. He further submits that show cause notice

had been issued to the petitioner and he has filed his reply.

4. Mr. S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner wants to

file copy of the order dated 27.11.2024 passed in W.P.(C) No. 3316

of 2014 and copy of the judgment of this Court in W.P.(C) No.

25864 of 2013 dated 27.11.2024 (Dibya Kumar Pradhan vrs. State of

Orissa and Others) along with a memo.

5. The documents be filed in the Registry in course of the day.

6. If the said documents are filed as undertaken by Mr. Mishra,

the documents shall be incorporated in the digital record before the

next date.
