ORDER_ 25.04.2025 Order No. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The show cause filed by the opposite parties-contemnors be kept on record.
3. It is stated at the Bar that the Supreme Court while remanding the matter, requested the Division Bench to dispose of the intra court appeal as expeditiously as possible, preferably within four months.
4. It is stated that the four months period has already elapsed and the matter is yet to be heard. It is further stated at the Bar that no order of stay operation of the judgement has been passed.
5. This Court, is therefore, of the view that there is no legal impediment to implement the order of this Court, at least subject to result of the writ appeal.
6. Ten days' time is granted to the opposite parties-contemnors to either furnish stay order from the appellate court or to implement
the judgment subject to result of the writ appeal.
7. List this matter on 9th May, 2025.
