01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In filing this Writ Petition, the Petitioner being an

encroacher has challenged the impugned notice of eviction

dated 16.04.2025 vide Annexure-1 as the same has not been

issued in terms of the judgment dated 01.02.2024 passed in

W.P.(C) No.24066 of 2023 with batch of cases vide Annexure-

2 and also the order dated 04.03.2024 passed in W.P.(C)

No.4496 of 2024 with batch of cases.

3. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

4. Let notice be issued to the Opposite Parties.

5. Learned counsel for the State waives of notice on behalf of

the Opposite Party Nos.1, 3 to 6. Let five spare copies of the

brief be served on the learned counsel for the State within

three working days hence.

6. Let the learned counsel for the Petitioner also serve an

counsel who usually appears on behalf of the Bargarh

8. Issue notice as above.

9. As an interim measure, it is directed that no coercive

action shall be taken against the Petitioner pursuant to the

impugned notice of eviction dated 16.04.2025 vide

Annexure-1 till the next date of listing of this matter.
