3. This RVWPET has been filed for review of the judgment dated 4th December, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.22773 of 2019.

4. Ms. Pradhan, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the subject matter of dispute involved in this RVWPET has already undergone a change. Hence, no cause of action survives to pursue the RVWPET. As such, the RVWPET has become infructuous.

5. Accordingly, the RVWPET is disposed of as infructuous.
