20. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. Mr. S.K. Das, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of the fact that the judgment of this Court was passed way back on 13.03.2023, his client has not received the benefits as yet. In fact, he is still going without pension and other retirement benefits.

3. In response, Mr. S.N. Patnaik, learned Addl. Government Advocate submits that as per instructions received, a speaking order was passed by the Principal Secretary of the Department on 22.03.2023 regularizing the one day break in service of the petitioner by quashing the order of the Director. He requests for some time to bring the above fact to the notice of this Court by way of an affidavit.

4. Mr. A.S. Nandy, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.3-contemnor (Managing Committee of the College)

submits that necessary steps are being taken to comply with the order of this Court as early as possible.

5. Mr. Patnaik, learned AGA also submits that the order of this Court shall be complied with fully within ten days. Taking note of the submission of the State counsel as well as Mr. A.S. Nandy, list this matter on 6th May, 2025. On that date, this Court expects that the Opposite Party-contemnors shall file a complete compliance affidavit.
