  01.       1.      This   matter   is   taken   up    through    Hybrid

arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode).

2. This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 26.04.2024 of the Special Land Acquisition Officer, Lower Indra Irrigation Project, Khariar in which the petition filed by the Petitioner under Section 28-A of the L.A. Act, 1894, has been rejected.

3. It appears that such a petition was filed on the strength of the judgment and order dated 10.02.2023 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Nuapada in L.A.R. Case No.183 of 2010 but the learned counsel for the Petitioner has not filed the copy of the said judgment dated 10.02.2023.

4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks some time to produce certified copy of such documents.

5. Learned counsel for the State also seeks some time to examine as to whether against any order passed under Section 28-A of the L.A. Act, 1894, if there is any alternative remedy to challenge the same or not.

6. List this matter in the week commencing from 21.04.2025 along with W.P.(C) Nos. 9751 of 2015, 9756 of 2025, 9759 of 2025.
