This is an application for stay of realization of fine. Heard.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, let there be stay of realization of fine amount imposed on the appellant-petitioner pursuant to the judgment and order dated 06.08.2010 passed by the Adhoc Addl. Sessions Judge (F.T.C.-II), Balasore in Sessions Trial No.112/211 of 2008 pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

The I.A. is disposed of.

08. This is an application for bail.

Learned counsel for the State submits that he has not received a copy of the bail application.

Let a copy of the interim application be served on the learned counsel for the State by tomorrow (08.04.2025).

It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after availing the interim bail period of three months as per order dated 12.08.2024 passed in I.A. No. 1730 of 2024, the petitioner has already surrendered at right time and he has already filed the surrender certificate.

Let the learned counsel for the State obtain instruction from the concerned Inspector in-charge of the police station regarding the conduct of the petitioner during the interim bail period.

List this matter in the week commencing from 21st April 2025.
