2. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the ratio laid down by this Court in the cases of Tapan Kumar Pradhan @ Tapan Pradhan v. State of Odisha & another (W.P.(C) No.15879 of 2019 decided on 30.01.2024) and Yudhistira Jena and others v. State of Orissa and others (W.P.(C) No.21856 of 2010 decided on 24th Jun, 2014).
