08. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

2. Today, with a copy of the judgment dated 4th December, 2023 in RSA No. 328 of 2016 being produced in Court, learned counsel for opposite party No. 1 submits that there remains nothing to be adjudicated upon in the writ petition which is filed against the order in R.C. Case No. 142 of 2010 i.e. Annexure-5. No objection is received from learned counsel for the petitioners.

3. Considering the aforesaid development having been brought to the notice of the Court, the writ petition is disposed of.

4. Interim order dated 28th June, 2017 stands vacated as a result.
