01. 1. Mr. Panigrahi, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant,
who was wife in the marriage dissolved by judgment dated 28th
August, 2024 of the Family Court. He submits, his client is aggrieved
on inadequate permanent alimony directed for herself and the minor
daughter. The appeal has been filed in time.
2. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of appeal.
The lower Court record be called for.

3. Mr. Panigrahi prays for stay of operation of impugned
judgment. The appeal was filed in time and as such the statutory bar
