2. The writ petition bearing W.P.(C) No.489 of 2015 was disposed of by judgment dated 26.04.2021 by a coordinate Bench of this Court, where one of us (Ms. S. Ratho, J) was a member.

3. In the said disposed of matter, the petitioner has filed this interlocutory application seeking modification of the aforesaid judgment. The nature of relief the petitioner seeks by filing this interlocutory application will have the effect of modification of a final order, which cannot be entertained at this stage.

4. This interlocutory application is accordingly dismissed.
