   01.            This    matter    is    taken     up    through   Hybrid

Perused the report of the Stamp Reporter which indicates that certified copy of the impugned judgment has not been filed, for which Stamp Reporting could not be made.

Mr. Panda, learned counsel for the appellant submitted that though the appellant had earlier filed a criminal appeal challenging the self-same impugned judgment and order of conviction in CRLA No.744 of 2023 but he has sent a petition for withdrawal of the earlier criminal appeal.

Let the Registry verify if any such petition has been received from the appellant for withdrawal of // 2 //

CRLA No.744 of 2023 or not.

List this matter along with all its connected matters in the week commencing from 16th January 2024.

Let a copy of the appeal memo along with the impugned judgment be served on the learned counsel for the State.
