01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. The Petitioner apprehends that he is likely to be arrested in accusation made by certain person of his village in Tumusingha Police Station and, as such, the present anticipatory bail application has been filed seeking pre-arrest bail.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that no F.I.R. has been registered by the police as of now.
4. As such, there is no apprehension of arrest.
5. Accordingly, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
6. However, it is directed that in the event any F.I.R. is registered, the Arresting Officer shall explore the possibility of // 2 //
Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. notice in terms of the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Arnesh Kumar vrs. State Bihar and another, reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273 and Md. Asfak Alam Vrs. The State of Jharkhand & Anr. (Criminal Appeal No(s).2207 of 2023).
7. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the ABLAPL is disposed of.
