1. This appeal has been filed by the appellant, challenging the judgment dated 27.04.2023 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Angul in Civil Proceeding No. 107 of 2021 and praying for enhancement of the quantum of maintenance awarded to the appellants who are the wife and daughter of the respondent.

2. Heard Mr. P. Ranjan, learned counsel for the appellant.

3. Issue notice on the question of admission to the sole respondent by Registered Post with A.D returnable within four weeks. Requisites shall be filed by 18.09.2023.

4. List this case on 10.11.2023 along with MATA No. 225 of 2023.
