ORDER
14.09.2023
I.A. no.9755 of 2023 Order No.
03. 1. Mr. Pal, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicants, who
were petitioners in the three writ petitions, dealt with by common
judgment dated 4th May, 2023. He submits, in the judgment there is
typographical error inasmuch as there was setting aside of impugned
decision in the singular but three similar decisions had been impugned
in the three writ petitions, dealt with by the judgment. He prays for
appropriate clarification or correction.

2. Mr. Nanda, learned advocate, Additional Government
Advocate appears on behalf of State.
3. There appears to have been typographical errors of omission in
paragraphs 1 and 13 of said judgment. Our judgment dealt with the
three writ petitions impugning orders in the separate revision cases. As
such, in paragraph 1 and particularly in paragraph 13 there be
corrections deemed to have been made, to effect that impugned
decisions were set aside and quashed and the revisions restored.
4. The application is disposed of.
