01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid
arrangement.
2. Heard.
3. The Petitioners, in this Writ Petition, seeks a
direction from this Court to the Opposite Party No.1 to
grant consequential service benefit of Sikshya Sahayak
pursuant to the resolution dated 16.02.2008 in the light
of the decision in the case of Dhananjay Charan Dey and
others vs. State of Odisha and others vide judgment dated
05.03.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.31679 of
2011, which is confirmed by the Hon'ble apex Court.
4. Learned Additional Government Advocate for
the State waives of notice on behalf of the Opposite
Parties. Required number of copies of the Writ Petition
be served on him.
5. List this matter on 21st November, 2023.
