01. 1. Mr. Dash, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-
wife. He submits, his client is aggrieved by judgment dated 29th
March, 2023 made by the civil Court in dissolving the marriage. The
appreciation of evidence for finding on ground of cruelty was
erroneous. Without prejudice he submits, quantum of permanent
alimony is wholly insufficient in the facts and circumstances.
2. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of
appeal. Lower Court records be called for.
