01. 1. Mr. Mohanty, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-

husband. He submits, his client preferred the appeal in time against

order dated 20th May, 2023 passed by the family Court setting aside

judgment and decree dated 30th September, 2022 dissolving the

marriage, made in the civil proceeding. His client had earlier moved

this Court by writ petition, disposed of giving liberty to its client to file

properly constituted appeal under section 19(1) of Family Courts Act,

1984.

2. Mr. Pradhan, learned advocate appears and submits, he has

instructions from respondent-wife to appear on her behalf. He wants

copy of the appeal papers for service being made on respondent. On

query from Court he submits, his client will contest the appeal on

merits.

3. Service of appeal papers be effected on respondent by copy

given to Mr. Pradhan.
