Learned Counsel for the Opposite Party Nos. 1 to 3 opposes the said prayer for adjournment and submits, the present Opposite Parties are being deprived to get the benefit in terms of the judgment dated 14.07.2014 passed in M.A.C. No.11 of 2011 in view of the pendency of the Writ Petition and interim Order passed by the coordinate Bench and presses for hearing and order.
