02. 1. Mr. Behera, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-
husband and submits, impugned is judgment dated 21st January, 2023
of the Family Court rejecting his client's petition for dissolution of
marriage. He submits, during pendency of the appeal there has arisen
possibility of settlement between the parties.
2. Ms. Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent-
wife. She submits, monthly maintenance is being paid to her client.
She may settle for permanent alimony.
3. Hearing of the appeal is adjourned for parties to find their
remedy on settlement.
