01. 1. Mr. Mohapatra, learned advocate appears on behalf of appellant-

husband. He submits, impugned is judgment dated 14th March, 2023,

whereby maintenance was directed against respondent-wife, who had

deserted his client for another. The appeal has been filed in time.

2. Appellant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of appeal.
