10. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. The present appeal has been filed challenging a common
judgment and delay of 86 days is caused in filing the present
appeal.
3. Since a group of persons are heard, they cannot be mentioned in
one writ appeal. Thereby, the present writ appeal is not
maintainable as against a common judgment, it has been filed.
4. Accordingly, the present writ appeal stands dismissed in view of
the decision of this Court in Nityananda Panigrahi and others v.
Commissioner of Consolidation and others, 1994 (II) OLR 214
and judgment of this Court dated 30.11.2022 in W.P.(C) No.16134
of 2018 (Puspanjali Tripathy & others v. State of Orissa &
others).
