11. 1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have no up-to-date instructions in the matter to pursue matter at present.

2. The application was filed in the year 2011 challenging the judgment dated 31.05.2010 passed by the learned trial court in S.T. No.19 of 2008 and confirmed by the learned First Appellate Court in the judgment dated 12.10.2010 in Criminal Appeal No.23 of 2010.

3. In view of the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the matter stands disposed of.
