01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid arrangement.

2. In this CRLREV, the Petitioner has challenged the

order dated 26.08.2022 under Annexure-5 passed by the

learned J.M.F.C., Salipur in DV Misc. Case No.9 of 2022

directing the Petitioner to pay a sum of Rs.8,000/- per

month for interim maintenance of the Opposite Party

from the date of filing of the petition. He has also

challenged the judgment dated 27.02.2023 under

Amnnexure-6 passed by the learned Additional District

and Sessions Judge, Salipur in Criminal Appeal No.13 of

2022 modifying the order dated 26.08.2022 passed by the

learned J.M.F.C., Salipur in DV Misc. Case No.9 of 2022 to

the extent that the Petitioner/ husband shall pay interim

monthly maintenance of Rs.6000/- per month to the

Opposite Party.
