1. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
2. The grievance of the Petitioner is improper investigation consequential to the FIRs, vide Annexure-1 series.
3. Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the Petitioner is ex facie premature.
4. Considering the limited nature of grievance and as representation has already been made to the Superintendent of Police, Kendrapara, Opposite Party No.3, this Court calls upon the said Opposite Party to look into the grievance of the Petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously more particularly in the light of the Judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Lalita Kumari vs. Government of U.P. & others, AIR 2014 SC 187, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order along with copy of the CRLMP.
5. In the event the grievance of the Petitioner is not redressed, leave is granted to the Petitioner to renew her prayer.
6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion regarding the veracity of the allegation.
7. The CRLMP is accordingly disposed of.
