The Office note indicates that there is a delay of twenty seven days in filing this jail criminal appeal.
After hearing the learned counsel for the State and since it is a case where the appellant has been imposed substantive sentence for his conviction, I am inclined to condone the delay in filing the Jail Criminal Appeal.
