01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid

arrangement.

2. Through this Criminal Revision the Petitioner has

not only challenged the judgment and order dated

31.07.2013 passed by the learned Assistant Sessions

Judge, Balangir in Sessions Case No.76/33 of 2005 but also

challenged the judgment and order dated 24.07.2023

passed by the learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge,

Balangir in Criminal Appeal No.32/63 of 2013-15.

1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the

Petitioner was all along on bail during the trial and the

appeal. He has never misutilised the liberty granted to

him at any point of time. Hence, he submits that the

Petitioner may be granted bail.

3. In view of such request made by the learned counsel

for the Petitioner, the Petitioner be released on bail by

the trial court in Sessions Case No.76/33 of 2005 on

such terms and conditions as the trial court deemed it

just and proper.

4. The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.

I.A. No.580 of 2023

1. Heard.

2. Realization of fine amount shall remain stayed till

disposal of the revision.

3. The I.A. is disposed of.
