He submits, by judgment dated 29th March, 2023 the Family Court rejected his client's case for dissolution of marriage. The appeal was presented on delay. The application for condonation of delay be allowed and the appeal admitted.

2. Report says the appeal was filed on 48 days delay. Applicant will put in requisites for issuance of notice of the application and appeal by registered/speed post with AD.
