challenging the judgment dated 22.04.2023 passed by the
learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rairangpur in
Criminal Appeal No.04/2022.
3. Heard Miss Truptimayee Dash, learned counsel
for the Petitioner, who vehemently argues the matter.

5. Issue notice to the Opposite Party by Registered
Post with A.D./Speed Post making it returnable by 1st
