2. As per the Tracking Report available on record so also Office Note, the notice issued to Opposite Party No.1 has returned unserved with a noting "addressee left without instruction". In view of the judgment of the apex Court reported in AIR 1989 SC 630, notice on the said Opposite Party is deemed to be sufficient.

3. Similarly, though the Tracking Report with regard to Opposite Party No.2 shows that the item was delivered on 27.09.2023, the said Opposite Party goes unrepresented. So far as Opposite Party No.3 is concerned, the Tracking Report at "Flag-X" indicates that the item is yet to be delivered.

4. In view of the above, office is directed to furnish a fresh/latest report regarding status of service of notice on the Opposite Party No.3.

5. Matter be listed on 28.11.2023 under the heading "For Orders". Interim order to continue till the next date.
