01. 1. Since the certified copy of the impugned judgments of the lower court as well as the first appellate court has been filed in the connected appeal, i.e. RSA No.196 of 2023, filing of the same in the present appeal is dispensed with.

4. The appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law.

"Whether the suit is hit by Order 7 Rule 3 C.P.C. for want of proper description of scheduled properties?"

5. Issue notice to the Respondents by Registered Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date. Requisites shall be filed within seven working days.
