Order No. 31.03.2023
01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Mr. S. Mallik, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is present and submits, though vide Judgment dated 28th September, 2022 direction was given to the Opposite Party/Contemnor to pay the retiral benefits and other arrear dues of the Petitioner along with 6% interest with effect from 01.12.2011 within a period of four months from the date of receipt/production of copy of the said Judgment and the same was duly communicated to the Opposite Party/Contemnor by the Petitioner through speed post on 6th October, 2022, the said direction given by this Court is yet to be complied with.
3. Issue notice to the Opposite Party/Contemnor through Speed Post/Registered Post with A.D. Rrequisites be filed by 03.04.2023. Notice be issued to the Opposite Party/Contemnor along the copy of this Order, fixing a short returnable date.
4. Matter be listed on 21st April, 2023.
5. Office is directed to keep on record the Tracking Report before the next date of listing.
