8. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.
2. Judgment and order dated 3rd February, 2016
(Annexure-5) passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in CRP No.74 of 2014 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to the Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.2,000/- per month to the Petitioner No.2 from the date of application, i.e., 14th May, 2014.
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioner on instruction submits that the parties are living jointly. Hence, he submits that the matter has become infructuous.
5. Ms. Dash, learned counsel for Opposite Parties agrees to such submission.
6. In view of submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the RPFAM is disposed of as infructuous.
