05. 1. Annexure-2 to the present application is the judgment dated 31st January 2018 of the Family Court, Nayagarh dissolving the marriage between the parties by mutual consent under Section 13 (B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. In that view of the matter, the ST Case No.1/57 of 2017/2016 corresponding to ST Case No.57 of 2016 of the court of ASJ-cum- Women's Court, Nayagarh and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules.
