2. None appears for the parties at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 10th October, 2012 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.412 of 2010 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.7,000/- per month to the Opposite Parties from the date of filing of the application.

4. Since none appears for the parties, this Court feels that the parties have lost interest in pursuing the matter.

5. Accordingly, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non- prosecution.

6. Interim order dated 19th July, 2013 passed in Misc. Case No.3 of 2013 stands vacated.
