        4.       1.      This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 2nd March, 2013 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar in Crl. Proceeding No.35 of 2010 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.3,000/- per month to Opposite Party No.1 and Rs.1,500/- per month to Opposite Party No.2 from the date of filing of the application, i.e., from 27th October, 2008.

4. Since none appears on behalf of the Petitioner to pursue the matter, the RPFAM stands dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 10th May, 2013 passed in Misc. Case No.29 of 2013 stands vacated.

6. Registry shall communicate this order to learned Judge, Family Court, Bhubaneswar forthwith.
