01. 1. In view of the judgment dated 26th April, 2022 passed by this Court in W.P(C) No. 36493 of 2021 (Susanta Kumar Sahoo v. State of Orissa), this Court is unable to find any error having been committed by the learned Single Judge in passing the impugned order.

2. The writ appeal is accordingly dismissed.

3. The impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge now be implemented within four weeks from today.
