This is an application for dispensing with filing of certified copy of the impugned judgment in Annexure-1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the certified copy of the impugned judgment is available in the connected appeal which is filed by the co-accused Sanny @ Sanni Mallick in CRLA No.1217 of 2022.
