2. None appears for the Petitioner at the time of call.

3. Judgment dated 29th February, 2016 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda in Criminal Petition No.95 of 2015 is under challenge in this RPFAM, whereby the Petitioner has been directed to pay maintenance of Rs.4,000/- per month to the Opposite Party from the date of application, i.e., 17th July, 2015.

4. Since none appears for the Petitioner to pursue the matter the RPFAM is dismissed for non-prosecution.

5. Interim order dated 19th December, 2016 passed in Misc. Case No.360 of 2016 stands vacated.

6. Office is directed to communicate the order to learned Judge, Family Court, Khurda forthwith.
